I love you Adrienne, happy Adrienne day!
Today is Adrienne day.
I hate Valentine’s day. It is a cheesy, commercial mess of a holiday. I can’t stand it. Adrienne, on the other hand, I love. So, when were were dating and Valentine’s day was approaching I decided to take control over my own holiday destiny and I invented Adrienne day. I arbitrarily chose February 9th and we have been celebrating it ever since.
Oh I know, you come for the funny and here I am with all this “love” talk! Take one second to leave a comment and wish Adrienne a happy Adrienne day and I will go back to being your prank monkey.

What a lucky girl you are to have your own day! Every girl should be so lucky. Now if Adreienne Day was recognized as a “get-me-out-of-school” holiday, I would send a gift. Since it is not (and maybe also because I am ever-so-slightly bitter that I do not have a day), no gift. But I do wish you a happy day!

The queen of hearts is the one who always has her way or off with their heads. I think Adrienne is very lucky to always have it her way or off with your head. By the way I was refering to Alice in Wonderland, but I have to go because I’m late for a very important date.

Having Adrienne Day is the best idea yet. A couple of years ago in a similar fit of V-day bitterness I decreed that we’d have that sort of celebration on St. Patrick’s Day. But still, Valentine’s Day comes and goes and makes Tara feel unloved. What a lousy holiday. “Here you go, world: a day for most of you to feel pressured into expressing things that should come spontaneously and voluntarily, the rest of you to feel lonely and unloved, and for 5 of you in the world to be happy. We’ll call it Valentine’s Day.” Sooo… Adrienne Day is a marvelous day. I’m sure I should make up for my St. Patty’s Day failure and calendar in a Tara Day. But in the mean time, Adrienne, today is YOUR day! Don’t forget to rinse off in the mustard-off pools. Happy Adrienne Day!

Hubby and I will be soon celebrating our 30th “annual happy wednesday”… I think everyone should have their own holiday. Happy Adrienne Day to you both! Now run quick and get a nice $65.00 box of Godivas!

What on earth kind of holiday would it be if there weren’t feats of strength!? How do you think I destroyed my back?
Well done shawn, well done.

I love a girl named Adrienne too, I think that’s a great idea about inventing an Adrienne day. Way to go.

I love a girl named Adrienne…through thick and thin together, I want her back, I told her I would wait or drop everthing for her. ‘time’ apart she said.
I hope we can have an Adrienne Day, Adrienne, I miss and love you
