Three Things it is Really Not Satisfying to Spend an Enormous Amount of Money on in One Month
- Crown for tooth (crown for head would be totally satisfying)
- Tree removal (My son thinks I am evil now. He is the Lorax, he speaks for the trees)
- Vinyl Fencing (I don’t think it would be satisfying even if it weren’t vinyl)

I have to say I’m with the little Lorax on this one. You know I usually have your back, but, come on, what about the brown Bar-ba-loots, frisking about in their Bar-ba-loot suits? You don’t want your teeth sounding gray, especially after the dental work you just had done, do you?

If you were going to shell out all of that money for a crown, you could have at least gone all out and got the gold cap with the letter “J” set in tiny diamonds. Then all you would have to do is flash your tooth, and all those treehuggers would immediately back down. They wouldn’t be able to compete with that sort of street cred.

Josh, make your “Lorax” happy spend another 30$ and plant a dwarf fruit tree with him. He will have his tree and you will share a memory forever.
SIDENOTE: The day my daughter Madeline was born I planted a Weeping Willow. She is five and now the tree is about 15 ft tall. Its Maddies tree. Just last week she read Green eggs and Ham to me. CHILDREN AND TREES ARE A GIFT FROM GOD!

Josh, I didn’t see my last post. I have been visiting and writing in to your site for about 3 years now. I hope you had a happy St Patricks day. Howard.

whenever you lay out a large sum of money on something unsatisfying you should buy yourself something frilly.

Where I once had a crown I now have a gaping hole. I’d drop a fat wad of money to have the crown back.
