This is the yard. Since it is so tiny we are going to put flagstone down and use it as more of a courtyard/outdoor living room with a little fountain.

Casa Penrod
So this is it. THe tiny little house Michelle and I are in the process of buying right now. It is a cluster home from 1949, there are 5 others attached to it in a "u" shape around a courtyard that has been divided into private yards. It is in a great little neighborhood downtown called Hale/Mayfair. Well, we're more in the Hale end of it. We are very excited and move in at the end of the month.
