counting sheep (and the undead)
As I was falling asleep last night I suddenly remembered an image from our hike along Hadrienne's wall in northern England. As we hiked along a ridge in a cold drizzle I looked down into a valley and watched a flock of sheep jogging along, splitting and regrouping like a school of fluffy white fish. It took a minute before I noticed the dog in their midst correcting their course and chasing down the stragglers. In another minute a farmer on an ATV came into view and then they all disapeared over the next hill.
Then I fell asleep and dreamt about zombies.

I've got to remember to read your headings. It always makes the post itself more meaningful.
And I think I see how this works. For me it would be sheep to go to sleep and zombies to wake up.
Nice imagery lately. I could feel the "30 minutes on Monday" discription. And the sheep thing was so vivid I almost felt like I had been there walking along the ridge in the cold drizzle looking down on the sheep and wondering how much longer I could take the pain in my feet.

Old Prof is right. You are good. I could actually hear the hum of the ATV. Not to mention feeling the let down at finding such a modern monstrosity at work in the old world field of my (I mean your) dream.
