You Give Me Fever
I've been sick for the past two days. It's been terrible; aches, nausea, chills, and a 102 fever. I haven't been to work or even been able to get off the couch, but it's been great for my marriage. Apparently while in a fevery daze I told Michelle her hair was pretty no less than 12 times. En febris veritas.
I've learned a few things from my time on the couch.
#1 MTV plays three videos back to back all day. That The Darkness video was great the first 14 times.
#2 Michelle does not have time for a nap during the day, contrary to what I have always asserted.
#3 The internet is boring
Comments
Joe,
The internet is not boring and that is a fact. Don't ever say that again. www.deathclock.com calculates when you're going to die, and then counts down the seconds (I have approximatly 4 billion left). That is NOT boring. I went to another site and typed in my name, and it gave me my dj name (dj breaker faker) at http://www.6ts.info/djname.html.
It really urks me that you would call my best friend boring. I expect an apology forthcoming, for both mine and the internets hurt feelings.

See, it's like a European watching American football. Or an American watching the original football (soccer). Or most anyone watching lacrosse. If you don't know all the rules and nuances, it is just plain boring. You need to set aside a good month and a half, but once you plow through the initial boredom, a brand new world of excitement when unfold before your very eyes. Either that, or you will have forgotten what the real world is like and, having nothing to compare the internet to, you will think it is just dandy.
