Reflexic?
I have trouble enought with verbs.
So its lunchtime and I’m visiting two of my sons at their place of work In Provo. We and a friend and co-worker decided to leave the office building, cross the river and get a sandwich at a local place. While munching my veggie sandwich at an outdoor table, at the feet of the snow dusted mountains, among the autumn trees, I listened to a conversation among the three of them that wandered off onto the use of reflexic verbs as used in Brazilian Portuguese, compared to Venezuelan mountain and lowland areas, contrasted with the Japanese and French usage. Then they wandered off into the intricate, difficult and arcane usage of the honorific in Japanese. It’s hard to munch with your mouth hanging open. I’ve got to read more.
